Mrs. ROS Amarith

Mrs. Amarith is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She obtainer her dual Master of Law from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and the Royal University of laws and Economic Sciences. She was a former member of the Working Group on Civil Affairs of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and has received a various training in Japan related to the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure sponsored by JICA’s project.
She specialized in the areas of investment, real estate, commercial litigation and contracts. She also got numerous experience in drafting claims, notices, due-diligence report, and dealing with legal affairs of the various factories, corporations, banking and financial institutions. She also lately advised on the legal compliances to the foreign banks in the Cambodia. She is a lecturer at the Center of Bank Studies where she teaches Contractual Law and Banking Law.
Mrs. Amarith is currently a Commercial Arbitrator admitted to the National Commercial Arbitration Center of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She has experienced in counseling her clients related to commercial arbitration proceeding and alternative dispute resolution as well.
She is fluent in Khmer, English and conversant in French.
